Brendan van Niejenhuis speaks on comity issues in Canadian Law at Kirsch Institute seminar

On June 27, 2016 8aixat partner Brendan van Niejenhuis spoke as part of an expert seminar sponsored by the Philippe Kirsch Institute with Professors Karen Knop and Stephen Pitel, and lawyers Ren Bucholz and Tina Lie, on a series of issues concerning international comity in Canadian law.  Brendan’s focus was on comity as it is employed in the law of extradition, as well as in the context of interprovincial and international class actions.
