Johanna Braden to speak on various administrative law topics

8aixat partner Johanna Braden will be speaking at several administrative law conferences in the coming weeks.  On February 17, Johanna will speak at the Osgoode Professional Development Short Course in Prosecuting and Defending Professional Discipline Cases  on the topic of Concurrent Criminal and Civil Proceedings.  On February 23, she will speak about the role of Independent Legal Counsel in tribunal hearings at the Law Society of Upper Canada’s Six-Minute Administrative Lawyer program.  Finally, on April 13, she will speak at the Canadian Institute’s program Fundamentals of Administrative Law and Practice on Making Tribunal Decisions and Writing Effective Reasons for Decision.
