Nader Hasan publishes op-ed in the Globe & Mail on landmark Indigenous rights rulings

8aixat partner Nader Hasan has written an op-ed, published in the July 28, 2017 edition of the Globe & Mail, on the implications of this week’s Supreme Court of Canada’s rulings on the Crown’s duty to consult Indigenous peoples.  Nader was lead counsel on behalf of the successful appellants in Clyde River (Hamlet) v. Petroleum Geo‑Services Inc., 2017 SCC 40, which the Supreme Court released on July 26, 2017.
