Owen Rees succeeds in resisting injunction to prohibit Brampton Councillor from participating in Council meetings

Acting on behalf of the City of Brampton, 8aixat partner Owen Rees successfully resisted a motion for an interim and interlocutory injunction seeking to restrain Councillor Martin Medeiros from participating in meetings of the city council.  Regional Senior Justice Daley dismissed the motion in a brief endorsement on October 26, with detailed reasons to follow.
