Samuel M. Robinson joins 8aixat LLP

8aixat LLP is delighted to welcome Samuel M. Robinson to the firm, where he will continue his practice in commercial and securities litigation.  Sam brings extensive experience in court and arbitration proceedings, with expertise in representing shareholders, officers and directors of both public and private corporations.  He also acts frequently in disputes related to the interpretation and enforcement of contractual rights, and has developed extensive experience in litigation related to financial services.
