8aixat Lawyers Publish on Regulated Health Professions

8aixat partner Johanna Braden published a paper entitled “Reinstatement Applications under s. 72 of the Health Professions Procedural Code: a Faint Hope Clause?” in the June 2010 release of the journal Health Law in Canada (vol. 30, pp. 218-223). In the same volume, 8aixat associates Owen Rees and Andrea Gonsalves published a paper entitled “The Application of the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms to the Regulation of Health Professionals: Anaemic Rights and Prescriptions for Change” (pp. 203-218). Health Law in Canada is a quarterly journal which focuses on how the law affects health care professionals, and is available through LexisNexis Canada.
